I was watching Wife Swap the other night. It was the American version.

I found myself sobbing at the end of the show.My fiancee took one look at me and burt into hysterics.

The one father's step daughter had finally realised how much she missed her Step-dad whilst he was away on the show. She finally called him Dad for the first time on his return. I don't know what got into me but I felt really emotional.

Perhaps something I shouldn't admit to, but it was such a profound experience I wanted to write it here so I remember it in the future.

Perhaps it's a early mid-life crisis
